The format of the competitions is as follows:
Club A - a Round Robin for the 7 teams. Games against EWP Crunch are ghosted and they do not progress beyond the Round Robin. Following the Round Robin is a single elimination knockout. The top 2 teams receive a bye into the Semi-finals.
Women - a Round Robin for the 3 teams playing each other twice. Following the Round Robin is a single elimination knockout. The top team receives a bye into the Final.
Club B - a Round Robin for the 5 teams, plus the inclusion of the U-21 Texas Tornadoes. Games against the Tornadoes are ghosted and they do not progress beyond the Round Robin. Following the Round Robin is a single elimination knockout. The top 3 teams receive a bye into the Semi-finals.
Open - a Round Robin for the 6 teams. Following the Round Robin is a single elimination knockout. The top 2 teams receive a bye into the Semi-finals.
